Living at The Meridian @ Stanford Ranch couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, print and fill in the necessary information. Finally, sign the form and bring it in to our office during the hours listed above. If you would like to fax your application please call 1.916.315.3334; additional documentation may be required.

Leasing Details:

• Deposit: $200-$300
• Lease Terms: 3 to 14 months
• Application Fee: $20.00 per adult
• Dogs welcome (weight limit 75 lbs & breed restrictions apply)
• Cats welcome
• 2 pet limit
